As part of our strategy to expand into Africa and Middle East countries, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented professional with solid technical and commercial experience, who will be responsible for opening new markets and identifying new clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drive business development in Africa and Middle East countries market by promoting the Tirelli and Unimac-Gherri products range to existing and potential customers, with a special focus on the food and personal\/home care and chemical industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening and growing the existing customer portfolio through visits, calls, and ongoing relationship management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory, especially in the food sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representing the company at trade fairs, events, and local or international networking activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the most suitable solutions for customer needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the company CRM to track activities, pipeline, and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisiti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated, independent, and entrepreneurial spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic, French, and Italian is a valuable asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to travel more than 70% of the time across Africa &amp; Middle East Countries with occasional trips to headquarters in Italy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications from candidates willing to relocate to Morocco will receive priority consideration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/inrecruiting.intervieweb.it\/arol\/jobs\/area-sales-manager-africa-and-arab-countries-tirelli-649353\/it\/\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-5761","careers","type-careers","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Area Sales Manager Africa and Arab Countries - TIRELLI<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Role Location The role involves developing new markets across Africa and Arab countries.
