Maxima offers a compact solution ideal for productions requiring higher speeds than those managed by reciprocating motion systems. It is particularly well-suited for filling and capping products in the cosmetics and personal/home care industries. 
During the filling process, the bottles are guided by a screw and then transferred to an infeed star wheel, which conveys them to the capping station. The filling unit can also be conveniently installed on a mobile trolley.

]]> KFC monoblock units combine a rotary weight filling station with a capping turret, ideal for handling caps, triggers or pumps for products in the home care (e.g. detergents), personal care (e.g. shampoos and conditioners) and chemical industries (e.g. pesticides and solvents) 
The filling station can have up to 60 nozzles, and the capping station up to 16 heads. The two stations are connected with a synchronised system.  

The nozzles never come into contact with the bottle neck and include an internal flushing system.  
 
KFC monoblock units can include a second capping turret for applying double caps to bottles. They can also be configured with a blower/rinser for cleaning containers before filling. 

These models are available in an anti-corrosion version. Depending on the required production speed, these machines can be operated with a select number of nozzles and capping heads.
