<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The OSCAR model is a <strong>inline capping machine</strong> designed for bottles with pump and trigger sprays, ideal for products such as body lotions, sunscreens, liquid soaps, conditioners and household spray detergents. <br><br>The triggers and pumps are correctly oriented in a mechanical sorter and then transferred to a pick-up tube straightening station by a rotating carousel equipped with grippers. Bottles are simultaneously fed into the machine via an infeed screw. The carousel inserts the pick-up tubes into the bottles using a gripper centring system. Format changeovers are tool-free, with the machine configuration managed electronically through the operator panel. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The OSCAR model can also be paired with an RO capping machine, enabling cap, pump and trigger closures all within the same system. <br>OSCAR supports medium-speed production cycles, up to 4,200 bph. </p>
