]]> Juliet is a new reciprocating motion monoblock unit featuring a groundbreaking crimping system designed to straighten and apply pumps directly onto bottles. With a more compact tracking filling system and highly efficient cap/pump feeding mechanism, Juliet is engineered to meet the demanding efficiency and flexibility standards of the cosmetics and perfume industry. 
 
Key strengths:  

  • The primary innovation lies in the new crimping tool, which can pick up the pump, straighten it and apply it directly onto the bottle 
  • Feed-by-gravity channel inclined at 45°, eliminating the need for blowing or vibration 
  • Sliding vacuum filling station with 4 highly customisable nozzles, featuring an integrated nozzle support within the monoblock unit for easy operator access during changeovers and maintenance
