TIRELLI, a company specialising in the production of automatic packaging machines, is looking for an Area Sales Manager.
Posizione
Main Mission: Proactive prospecting, identification of new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closing.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries within the assigned territory.
- Participate in trade shows and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
Requisiti
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Home & Personal Care sector (packaging or processing).
- Strong interest and/or background in packaging machinery sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is appreciated.
- Availability to travel more than 50% of the time across the UK & Ireland, with occasional trips to headquarters in Italy.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license for customer visits.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Native English speaker; Italian is a plus.
