Format changeover on TIRELLI lines is designed to be fast and managed directly by the operator. The machines integrate servo-assisted adjustments and electronic configurations that allow switching from one format to another without complex tooling, reducing line downtime and maintaining production continuity even with differentiated batches.
Yes. TIRELLI integrates robotic solutions such as feeders and re-feeders for caps, pumps, triggers, and bottles, palletizers and depalletizers, and case packers, both in newly built lines and in existing plants. The integration of delta robots and artificial vision systems allows automation of feeding stages for symmetrical products, reducing machine downtime and optimizing overall line efficiency without having to redesign the entire plant.
Yes. TIRELLI follows the entire installation process directly at the customer’s plant, with a dedicated technical team and support from 9 branches worldwide. The service includes mechanical and electrical installation, integration with existing lines, testing and functional checks at every station, training of operating personnel, and post-sales technical assistance, to ensure production continuity from the very first start-up.
An industrial labeler intended for cosmetics, personal & home care, and chemicals should provide: fast format changes, a complete label check-up, product serialization, and the ability to work with different label types (self-adhesive wrap-around, front/back, cut & stack) on containers of variable shape. TIRELLI’s DELTA model, a linear labeler for wrap-around or front/back labels, integrates directly downstream of the filling and capping stations, maintaining synchronization of the entire line even with differentiated production batches.
The choice depends mainly on the dosing technology: for viscous products, piston fillers or flowmeter-based fillers are generally used, which are more precise than volumetric solutions when product density varies with temperature or formulation. It is also necessary to evaluate the number of filling nozzles, the presence of an internal washing system with a sprayball to avoid residue between batches, and the possibility of integrating the filler with a synchronized capping station in a monobloc, as in the case of TIRELLI’s KFC and MAXIMA models for the home care, personal care, and chemical sectors.
Yes: filling and capping monoblocs combine a rotary weight filling station and a synchronized capping turret into a single machine, handling caps, triggers, or pumps within the same production cycle. The monobloc can also integrate a second turret for double-cap closure or a rinser/blower for preliminary container cleaning. This configuration reduces the line’s footprint and optimizes synchronization between stages.
Yes. TIRELLI machines are equipped with remote monitoring and control functionality, allowing real-time supervision of production parameters and remote technical assistance from the TIRELLI service team, anywhere in the world. TIRELLI also integrates the MORE system, installable on all machines, to measure production data and energy consumption in real time, supporting predictive maintenance strategies and process optimization.
