CUSTOMER TRAINING
To enhance the efficiency of our after-sales service, TIRELLI invests in the training of both our own operators and our customers’ technical staff. This approach extends our company’s learning culture beyond our internal team, creating mutual benefits.
Customer training is conducted either at our Marmirolo facility or on-site at the customer’s premises, as needed. This training includes specialised micro-courses designed to deepen the customer’s understanding of the fine dynamics involved in operating TIRELLI machines.
The goal is to increase customers’ operational autonomy and enable them to handle certain issues that may arise during the machine’s life cycle.
