Blowing and rinsing machines

KSS/KS blowers/rinsers are continuous-motion rotary machines designed for the internal cleaning of bottles and jerrycans.

The bottles enter the conveyor belt and flipped by 180 degrees using special grippers. Once flipped, the empty bottle or flask is exposed to a jet of air or water to remove any unwanted residue.

After cleaning, the container is returned to its original position and exits the conveyor belt.
