Rotary labelling machines

TIRELLI rotary labelling machines are designed for medium to high-speed production, capable of applying  wrap-around, partial, front, back, neck or cap labels on glass, plastic or metal containers, with self-adhesive, hot-melt or cold glue.

Rotary labeling machines feature a carousel that securely holds the bottle in place on a plate, with a head pressing on top to ensure high process accuracy.

The movement of the plates can be controlled either by a mechanical cam or electronic cam via servomotors, enabling advanced orientation options when paired with inspection and control systems.
