ARTICO is an automatic intermittent-motion filling machine designed for dosing powder or granular products into bottles, with the possibility of integrated closing. Thanks to a dosing system available in three versions and high application versatility, ARTICO meets the needs of the cosmetic and chemical industries, ensuring filling with exact and consistent weights under all production conditions.

Key features:

compatibility with closing units for screw caps, press-on caps, and PFP caps
prepared for automatic product feeding systems to the hoppers and for special units on request
special system with rotary propellers unit to facilitate the filling of bottles with non-free-flowing products

Auger filler
- 40-liter product hopper
- Mechanical anti-bridging agitator arm
- Level sensor with machine stop function
- Driven by a brushless motor for optimized dosing control
- Hopper mounted on a cantilever shaft for easy removal and cleaning
- Quick-release system for product-contact parts
- Product-contact parts made of AISI 304/316
- Auger tube shut-off valve to prevent powder spillage
- Dosing range: 10 ml –1000 ml
ARTICO “R”
Rotary telescopic dosing cups
- Product loading hopper, nominal capacity 40 litres approx.
- Mixer with mechanical arm to avoid in product bridges.
- Product level sensor, with machine stop if the product is missing or with signal for product call.
- Product transfer device to the dosing cups disc.
- Disc with volumetric dosing cups, with adjustable volume.
- Each cup is provided by an opening valve to discharge the product.
- Handwheel for the manual setting of the dosing unit,
- Quick-release system for all parts in contact with the product for cleaning operations.
- Dosing range: 6-250 ml
ARTICO DC
Drawer doser system
- 20-liter product loading hopper
- Internal shaft with stirring arms to keep product in motion
- Rotary valve at hopper bottom, controlled by the dosing machine, to fill the dosing drawer
- Adjustable dosing drawer with micrometric screw
- Product-contact parts made of AISI 304/316
- Dosing range: 10 ml –30 ml
ARTICO MONOBLOC
Filling and capping system
- Capping group for screw, pressure, PFP caps. Caps feeding unit with lifting device for caps.
- Automatic ejection
- The container without cap or with cap not conformed is diverted and transferred on a parallel conveyor belt
