Maxima continuous motion monoblock units combine a linear filling system with a rotary capping system.  

Maxima offers a compact solution ideal for productions requiring higher speeds than those managed by reciprocating motion systems. It is particularly well-suited for filling and capping products in the cosmetics and personal/home care industries
During the filling process, the bottles are guided by a screw and then transferred to an infeed star wheel, which conveys them to the capping station. The filling unit can also be conveniently installed on a mobile trolley.  

Versions

  • MAXIMA P

    Fill viscous products

    • Volumetric piston filling technology.
    • Suitable for viscous products, such as creams.
    • Up to 100,000 cps.
    • The filling volume can be adjusted manually using graduated handwheels or automatically by means of servomotors; the latter option allows for better dispensing control and greater repeatability.
  • MAXIMA E/EM

    Fill low and medium-viscosity products

    • Flow meter filling technology suitable for products with low and medium viscosity, such as chemicals and cosmetics.
    • Advantages: high precision, easy cleaning, no maintenance required and volumetric dispensing of the quantity of filled product.
    • The liquid passes through an electromagnetic or mass counter to determine the quantity of product: the first solution is suitable for conductible products, while the second solution can also be used with non-conductible products (oil-based).
  • MAXIMA V

    Fill perfumes

    • Constant level filling technology (vacuum).
    • Ideal for glass bottles with liquid products; it allows for an adjustable and constant filling level to be achieved thanks to the slight vacuum in the tank, so the product can be sucked up to the desired level.
    • This type of filling is particularly used in cosmetics, for perfumes.
  • MAXIMA B

    Fill liquid products in small volumes

    • Peristaltic pump filling technology.
    • Recommended for liquid products, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals and small volumes requiring maximum precision.
    • This technology eliminates the risk of product contamination with micro-particles: the product passes through surgical tubes (which can be sterilised) and only comes into contact with the tap. To change the product to be filled, the operator must simply sterilise the tubes through which the liquid passes, or replace them.
  • MAXIMA X

    With removable trolleys

    Mobile filling trolleys placed on a removable trolley. The main advantage of this technology lies in the possibility of significantly reducing production downtime by using a set consisting of 2 identical trolleys. The Customer can save considerable time and money since, when the first trolley is set aside for cleaning, the second one can take its place immediately, so production can continue without breaks.

  • MAXIMA ATEX VERSION

    Compliance with EU (and non-EU) Directive relating to components installed in areas where there is a risk of explosion, in ordinary or explosive environments.

  • MAXIMA HOT FILLING

    High-viscosity products

    Machine with filling system that can maintain high temperatures, suitable for products such as Vaseline, wax, etc.
