JULIET: Reciprocating Motion Monoblock for Filling and Capping
JULIET is a compact, highly efficient monoblock engineered for filling and capping small containers used across multiple industries, from cosmetics to perfumery and pharmaceuticals. Equipped with an advanced crimping system, the machine eliminates the need for a pre-crimping step thanks to a clamp that picks up, stretches, and applies the pump directly onto the container. Its gravity-fed channel, tilted at 45°, ensures a steady and gentle component flow without the need for air jets or vibration. The translating vacuum filling station, featuring four customizable filling nozzles, simplifies maintenance and format changeover operations. JULIET can be configured with additional stations for container cleaning and air-blowing, offering great flexibility to accommodate various packaging types and production line requirements.
BRB ADE: Rotary Labeller for Self-Adhesive Labels
The BRB ADE rotary labeller is designed to apply pre-spaced self-adhesive paper or plastic labels to cylindrical and/or shaped containers made of plastic or glass. With a production capacity of up to 36,000 bottles per, BRB ADE ensures high-precision label application by using self-adhesive units from renowned manufacturers like Herma.
