The KF automatic weight-filling machine is engineered to support high-speed, medium to large production runs, delivering exceptional precision in the filling process.

Even at elevated speeds, the container (e.g.: bottles or jerrycans) never comes into contact with the nozzle, ensuring versatile filling without the risk of contamination. This efficiency is maintained regardless of the bottle’s shape (e.g., cylindrical or shaped), material (e.g., plastic or glass), or size (up to 30 litres). Format changeovers are quick and tool-free, regardless of the production speed.

These filling machines can be supplied individually or in combination with a capping machine and can be configured with up to sixty nozzles. A key feature of the KF model is its filling management system, which utilises individual weighting cells for each nozzle.

All KF models are equipped with a brushless servo-motorised infeed screw, featuring an automatic homing system and inlet lock.

For foaming products, overpressure or vacuum systems can be used to increase the filling speed and reduce foaming. The KF model is also available in an anti-corrosion version for filling corrosive products, or in an ATEX configuration for handling explosive substances.
